School Workshops

 

I have been delivering workshops in schools since 2007 and offer a range of different dance based workshops suitable for Primary school children, from reception/ foundation to Year 6.

 

These can be one off workshops or workshops that develop over a series of weeks. I try to work with topics within the curriculum- workshops can be based on a class project or a particular subject such as Science or History.

 

Alternatively dance workshops can be held as part of Healthy Living week (Street Dance based lesson) or Arts Week.

As well as teaching children fundamental movement skills I also give them the opportunity to be creative and work together as a team to develop their own dance sequences.
